I have moved this post to a new topic so we can keep the forum tidy for others to use.
The Interpreting Results section of the User Guide specifies the units for all output values. I’m not sure if you are looking at the USLE.tif raster or the USLE_tot field in watershed_results_sdr.shp, so it’s hard to say whether that USLE value is huge or not. If it’s per pixel in USLE.tif, then yes that’s a large value. If it is per watershed, then it’s probably reasonable.
Large pixel values usually happen in places with steep slopes, since the USLE methods are not really made for steep slopes. The SDR model does some adjustment to help the steep slope areas have less extreme model result values, but still there is significantly more uncertainty in these places. So if this is happening in USLE.tif, look to see where those large values occur, and i wouldn’t be surprised if it’s on steep slopes and there are not that many pixels with those values.
