I want to know what the units of the maximum and average values are when the output results of the three modules of water production, soil retention and carbon sequestration are opened with GIS software. The size of all the input data pixels is 1000 meters *1000 meters, and the output result pixels are also 1000 meters *1000 meters. Will the units change due to the pixel size? Do I need to do the conversion myself?

The units for all model outputs are listed in the Interpreting Outputs section of the User Guide.
Which version of InVEST are you using? As the User Guide also notes, the outputs for InVEST versions previous to 3.15.0 generally output per pixel (which will vary by pixel size), but the outputs for InVEST 3.15.0 and later are given per hectare.
