When the nutrient delivery ratio module is used for calculating the water quality purificationWhen the nutrient transport ratio module is used to calculate the water quality purification, the output result is inconsistent with the boundary of the study area, and a part of it is missing.
Excuse me, why is this? What parameters do I need to adjust to make it exactly the same as the study area boundary?
Hello @Dimple -
When the output does not cover the whole area of interest, there are a couple of things to look for:
1/ Do all of the spatial inputs cover the whole area of interest? If any of the inputs contain NoData values in those areas, the result will also be NoData.
2/ Does that area drain into the stream network created by the model? If it does not, then the model cannot calculate results, as they are based on connection to a stream. You can check this by looking at the output intermediate_outputs/what_drains_to_stream.tif.
Please see the User Guide NDR section Defined Area of Outputs (and the related SDR section that is linked to) for more information on both of these.
If none of these suggestions explain the missing data, let us know. Also, what version of Workbench are you using?
