What is the issue or question you have?

There are null values present in the river network water system.

What have you tried so far?

I have tried changing the resolution of the DEM data and adjusting the threshold parameters, but the problem still remains unsolved.

It would be helpful to know which model output has the null values in the river network, and also helpful to see an image. Also, which version of InVEST are you using?
