Carbon Resolution/Units converted

Hi I’m a student studying ecosystem services.
I was curious about programming the carbon model, so I left a message like this.
In carbon model, the raster unit is ‘m’ and the unit used in the carbon pool is ‘Mg/ha’.
And the result is mg of C.

So when the program runs, the resolution is automatically converted from m to ha?

Hi @soo -

You’re right, the model result is in MgC per pixel, so the model converts the carbon pool values (in Mg/ha) to the size of your land cover pixel (Mg/pixel).
