In the results of NDR, the average value of N or P export is smaller than that of modified\_load N or P. I think it’s reasonable. But the maximum value of N or P export is larger than that of the modified\_load N or P. As a result, modified\_load minus export will appear negative values. Is it a wrong result because of the negative values in retention? Is there a way to solve this? Thank you!

Hi @Momo1, welcome, and thanks for your question!

First, I want to point you this [caution about directly interpreting absolute values in NDR results](https://community.naturalcapitalalliance.org/t/ndr-output-conceptual-understanding/2416/2).

That said, this does seem like an unexpected result. Are you able to share your data? If so, we could take a look and see if we can find what might be causing this behavior.
