SDR shp file result: what are the units?

I’m kinda confused, in the user guide, the unit says ton/watershed/year given in .shp (watershed_results_sdr.shp). Does this automatically mean or is it also equal to tons/ha/year?

I’ve also read a lot of question regarding this matter, some say the unit is tons/year. If the unit is tons/year, does this mean I have to divide the results in the total ha of the watershed so I could have tons/ha/year?

Yes, as the user’s guide says, the unit is tons per watershed per year, ie. the total amount over the whole watershed. If you want tons/ha/year, you do need to divide it by the area of the watershed in hectares.
