Dear Support Team, I have recently encountered intermittent issues with the recreation and tourism model. While the system occasionally works, more often than not I receive an error message. I have attempted to access the platform using various internet connections and devices, but the problem persists. I am unsure whether the issue originates on my end or if the system is experiencing downtime. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or clarification you can provide.
