### Posting Guidelines (delete this before posting)

#### Before posting,

My name is Efraín, I am a beginner in the use of InVest but I want to use it to analyze the effect of at least 10 ecosystem-based adaptation practices and 4 SSPs in two different landscapes in Central America, so I would like to know if there is a way to run it by batch in python or R programing

Thank you so much

☑ Are you using the [latest version of InVEST](https://naturalcapitalproject.stanford.edu/software/invest)?
☑ Have you have read the entire [user’s guide](https://storage.googleapis.com/releases.naturalcapitalproject.org/invest-userguide/latest/index.html) section for your model?
☑ Have you searched the forum for similar questions using keywords from the error message? Many common problems have already been answered.

#### If you have tried all of these steps and still have a question,

☑ Fill out the sections below.
☑ Use the “optional tags” button above to tag this topic with the model you are using.
☑ Give this topic a descriptive title including the model name and keywords from your specific problem. Avoid very generic titles.

Examples of good titles:
✓ Habitat Quality model runs successfully but generates empty maps
✓ GLOBIO: KeyError in load\_msa\_parameter\_table
✓ Coastal Vulnerability: ‘Could not open … as a gdal.OF\_RASTER’

Hi @Efrain -

If you search this forum you’ll find previous threads talking about batch processing in Python. [The User Guide](https://storage.googleapis.com/releases.naturalcapitalproject.org/invest-userguide/latest/invest_api.html) also contains links to information about how to set up your Python environment and run batch scripts. Check these out, and if you have specific issues or questions about the process that aren’t addressed, let us know.
